This 2 hr training will focus on organizational effectiveness, effectiveness vs efficiency in organizations, importance of organizational effectiveness, factors and steps that impact organizational effectiveness, and strategies to improve organizational effectiveness. Learner outcomes include demonstrating organizational effectiveness and applying its importance in achieving business goals, differentiating between organizational effectiveness and efficiency, providing examples of each, and identifying and applying factors and steps that enhance organizational effectiveness within their organization. Include understanding the difference between effectiveness vs efficiency. Learner assessments include participation, assignments/quizzes, group discussions, and/or real-world scenario prompts. Learners must score an 80% to earn .2 CEUs or 2 clock hours for the course.
