(MI) CDA Training: Observation, Documentation, and Assessment: 12 hrs is a 12 hr session occurring as a self-guided online courseroom through Google Classroom. The training will explore observing and recording children’s behavior. Topics include physical development, child observation, developmental screening, sharing assessment, maintaining supportive and respectful partnerships, sharing, reporting, and communicating, and confidentiality.
